These terms apply to all customers engaging SunGrid EPC for solar consultation, design, installation, commissioning, and related support services.

How agreements are formed

A binding agreement is formed when a proposal, quotation, or work order is accepted in writing, digitally, or by payment of the initial milestone.

Priority of documents

Project-specific contracts, signed quotations, and approved technical documents take precedence over general website terms where differences exist.

Scope of work

  • Site assessment, load analysis, and feasibility review.
  • System design, component selection, and engineering documentation.
  • Installation, testing, and commissioning as per approved plan.
  • Grid interconnection support where applicable.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate site details and timely access to premises.
  • Obtain owner approvals and legal permissions not listed in contract scope.
  • Ensure structural readiness and electrical safety compliance before installation.
  • Follow operation and maintenance guidance after handover.

Payments & Warranty

Know exactly what you pay for and what is covered

Payment terms

Payments are milestone-based: booking, material dispatch, installation completion, and commissioning. Delayed payments may pause project progress after written notice.

Warranty coverage

Equipment warranties follow manufacturer terms. Workmanship warranty from SunGrid EPC covers installation defects for the period defined in your signed agreement.

Liability limits

SunGrid EPC is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, unauthorized modifications, or misuse. Liability is limited to the paid contract value unless required otherwise by law.
